  • How do I sign up as a Mr EPC assessor?

    If you’re an accredited EPC assessor looking to promote your services, you can join the Mr EPC network by visiting the Purchase a Location page and selecting the locations you want to cover.

    From there, follow the process though to complete your Mr EPC profile information and direct debit information.

  • Are the locations I cover exclusive to me?

    Yes they are, only available locations will show up for selection at the checkout stage. If your chosen areas are not available for selection, they have either already been claimed by another EPC assessor, or potentially missed from our site.

  • What does buying a location include?
    Your selected location will be advertised exclusively for you. We actively market your profile information via our social media platforms and optimise it for visibility in search engines such as Google and AI-powered search tools.
  • How much does it cost to become a Mr EPC assessor?

    We charge per location at a cost of £15pm + VAT, or you can pay for a year up front from only £105 + VAT (5 months free for the first year).

  • How long do I have to sign up for?

    We ask for a minimum of a 12 month commitment, with the first 3 months of this period being free of charge.

     

  • Do I have to pay straight away?
    No, we give you 3-5 months free. The first monthly direct debit will be taken automatically 3-5 months after sign up, and monthly thereafter (dependent on package taken).
  • How will I receive EPC enquiries?

    Mr EPC advertises your personal profile with your contact details, so clients will call or email you directly for you to quote, book and invoice for the EPC.

    This makes it particularly important that all of your profile information is completed and kept up to date.

  • How many leads can I expect?

    We do not guarantee any minimum number of leads, leads volumes can vary dependent on location, market conditions, assessor costs and availability, however, we are always open to discussions with any assessor with genuine concerns on lead volumes.

  • Will Mr EPC network charge additional fees per EPC?

    No, we charge no fees other than your membership fee, and you will be responsible for quoting and invoicing your clients directly

  • How do potential customers find Mr EPC and my assessor profile?

    We use a combination of search engine optimisation, regular Google Ad campaigns, social media marketing and promoted ads running across various social platforms to help potential customers find Mr EPC and our EPC assessor profiles.
